Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product being sold, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering.
The only exception is where there is a manufacturer defect. However, we inspect each item prior to shipping. Defects do not include sizing issues. Any manufacturer defect must be brought to our attention within 48 hours.
Shipping charges (if any) and large size fee will be added to your total amount upon check out. An email will be sent to you confirming the total purchase amount and its breakdown.
Plus Sizes
$25.00 will be added to the price of the dress for sizes 18 and up, with the exception of Faviana and Le Gala.
For Jovani Dresses, $25.00 will be added to the price of the dress for sizes 16 and up.
Delivery Information
Effective November 20, 2008, we will charge a flat rate fee of $9.99 for ground delivery within the continental United States. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to have a different shipping service please email or call, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs, however, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee for the difference in price.

Default Shipping for International Orders is UPS and generally takes about 1 week when items two weeks once the items are in stock.
Your country could also impose other duties or tax that we have no way of estimating because it is different for every country and item. Contact us for shipping rate if your country is not listed or we will just bill the exact rate of shipping.
Tax
All local and international orders will be charged 8.25% California sales tax.
Billing
Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and mailed check. Your card will be charged in US dollars. We have estimates of other currency equivalents listed, but they are only a guide and not always exact. Please also note charges for non-US delivery as discussed above. Also note that some non-US countries will charge duty and other taxes to some orders when they arrive in your country.
Size
Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. We try to make as many available right here as possible. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can’t let it out if your order too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit. We charge for larger sizes. How to measure-
- Bust: have someone measure the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.

Pricing
Prices in our online store pertain only to orders made online and do not apply to purchases made in the Glendale Galleria and Del Amo Fashion Center locations.
International Taxes
We are happy to fill orders from outside the United States. Depending on which country you are ordering from, your home country might charge duties or other import related taxes to your order. Since every country has its own system we cannot keep track of them all. We will try to list information here as our customers inform us, but such information should not be taken as fact.
Dress Availability
Availability of the dresses can change daily. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of dresses that is continually replenished throughout the year. If we have temporarily sold out or your dress choice in the size and color ordered, we will notify you immediately.
